Jam packs downloaded through MainStage 2.2 not visible completely

Hello,

I had been using the software instruments on all the jam packs for a year or so. I had downloaded them as part of Mainstage 2 from the App Store. When I upgraded to Mavericks from Mountain Lion, both versions of Garageband are not showing all the software instruments in the jam packs. Jam Packs 1 and Voices are showing.. but all others are not showing in the legacy section for software insruments. All loops are showing from all the jam packs.

When I try to load a software instrument through the loops, it asks for exs24 files, which are not there, as jam packs audio files are in a different format. But, why do Jam Packs 1 and Voices seem to work then, while others are not even seen?

Engineering at Apple is not able to find the reason. Anyone ??
