How do I disable the four digit lock screen so I can just turn on my iPad and use it?

Settings App > General > Passcode Lock
All I can see is a repeat of my question. Having trouble finding the answer.

How do I turn off the lock screen, so I can turn on my iPad and use it without typing in the four digit code?
