Please help - music been deleted

Hello

I have downloaded itunes to an additional computer. I synced my music, but it has only synced one song and has deleted over 400 songs from my iphone. How do I retrieve all my music??? Many thanks :)

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4, Syncing music between 2 computers
