How do I delete books I read them and some I don't want to keep?
How do I delete books from it have from BookBub I don't want to keep some of them

You can delete books from the bookshelf in the iBooks app via the Edit button at the top right of the shelf.
You can't permanently delete any items from your iTunes purchase history, all you can do is hide them so that they don't show in the Purchased links for redownloading : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 (with iOS and apps I've been needing to logout of my account on my iPad after hiding them on my computer's iTunes and then log back for them to be hidden in the Purchased tab).
