purchased apps problem

in itunes I cannot find downloaded purchased apps gone free temporarily after i deleted mobile applications folder

they are velocispider and bounce bullet pro

i just discovered this after 3 years of downloading price drop freebies

now i cannot download the again because my mobile applications folder was 24 GB and i had to reformat my computer and i lost all my data

i also went to recently purchased section and i cannot find anything after the price went up again

is this and error/bug or something done on purpose?

PS I download the apps using iTunes and i also reformated my phone at one point and lost all my apps even though a backup when i sync

also my apple id can be provided

it was temporarily free but the price changed to paid however i already downloaded it in my account and i sync to icloud

i use freeappaday app to find these

however i dont know how to sync apps to icloud and i do not have space to store the apps on my computer or phone hard drive
