Can't install Chrome on iPad

I can't download Google chrome on I pad. When I go to the App Store, I see Chrome, but there's no button next to it that says "free" or "install"

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

Do you have an app age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions > Apps that is stopping you downloading it ? The app has a 17+ age rating on it

This worked for me - I had to first turn on Restrictions, change the App setting to "Allow All Apps" and then it let me download Chrome.
