    Unfortunately, with an iOS device you cannot copy old photos in the main Photo Stream, but in iOS 7 you could create a shared Photo Stream by going to your camera roll then selecting some photos in the camera roll, then clicking the little symbol in the lower right corner and clicking the iCloud icon.
