I have forgotten my answers to security questions and now i cant make any purchases, and i even cant call to Apple Support, how can i reset questions? Moreover i don t have rescue e-mail!

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
