Apple has charged me for free apps! HELP PLEASE

My sister downloaded Keynote, Numbers, Pages and iPhoto (which are all in the FREE app category) for her iPad using my apple account and apple yet charged me $49NZ for all of it?!

Keynote, Numbers and Pages are $13.99 each and iPhoto is $6.99 as shown in the receipt. And yes, they are all free in apple store! Any help please? Thanks
