slow ping in 5s

Iphone 5S has a latency problem.. Did side by side Speedtests on my new 5S and my mac

results 5S ping 195 download .37

results mac ping 9 download 4.82

why is this happening?? is there some software or app that is interfering with the antenna??

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4, slow internet high latency
