Q: What is gone when an "erase all content and settings" is performed

I'm looking to sell my iphone, I just finished erasing all content and settings and want to be sure everything is gone. Literally everything, from my apple id to my pictures.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.3

A:

"Erase All Content & Settings" is the proper step before selling the device.  It erases everything except the iOS software and firmware.  All of your content and settings will be irretrievable.
