I can't download an album I preordered!

I preordered Lady Gaga's album ARTPOP before it was released. I had the funds in my account to do so, but I spent it before the album became available. Now that the album IS available, it says "purchased" where the download button should be. It wouldn't let me download them previously because I didn''t have enough iTunes Store credit on my account, but now that I do, it still isn't working. I've tried using the link in the email but nothing is working. Automatic downlaods is on, and when I turn on my "in the cloud" purchases, none of the songs show up. I want to buy the album but iTunes won't let me!

Hi, Jv_squez.

I have experienced this exact same issue for a Pre-order album as well. I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged. This article will walk you though the process.
