Keep being asked for keychain id every time I open a new web page. How can I get this to stop?

First I was locked out of my computer. I followed some advice on how to delete keychain folder and make a new login keychain, which worked, but now I am constatnly being asked to put in the ID. How can I make this stop?

OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
