The first thing I would suggest is to make sure your Cellular Data is turned on and enabled for each of the iOS features and apps you are using:

Cellular data is used for data communication in cellular networks. It does not affect your ability to make or receive phone calls or to use Wi-Fi networks for Internet connectivity.
You can adjust this setting by going to:
iPhone: Settings > Cellular
You can also enable or disable cellular data for certain iOS features and applications from this setting:
If this does not resolve your issue, then try resetting the iPhones:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
