Problems with Gamecenter and Real Racing 3

Hello everybody. I'm very worried because I'm having a serious problem, there is something wrong with my device. For those who have installed Real Racing 3, you know now that it's possible to play online with friends in real time but I can't play online just because my iPad doesn't let me do it. There's an error message that says: "MULTIPLAYER UNAVAILABLE, You are not allowed to play multiplayer games on this device". Besides In Gamecenter I can't send friend requests and the error message says: "CANNOT SEND FRIEND REQUESTS, You are not allowed to send friend requests on this device". My iPad is a 4 generation, 64 GB wifi. What could be happening?? Does anybody have the same problem?? Please help.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.4

I have the same exact problem. It doenst seem to come from Real Racing 3 as I am being disconnected from gamre center in other apps (namely Angry Birds). In RR3 not being able to log in game center means no multi, no time trials, etc which is annoying.
I log in, sometimes it works, sometimes game center doesnt work. Sometimes i am connected, but am prompted to reconnect (and then works or doesnt, pretty much random).

Other player seem to have similar problems.. Is there not a fix?
Who else is having problems with game center and RR3 specifically?

I was having a similar problem as well. The issue is in the iPhone/iPad/iPod software itself, this is something we'd all expect (at least I would) when a company creates a new operating from scratch. So basically what's happening is your game center is responding to the iOS restrictions found in your settings menu (even though restrictions are disabled). The reason your racing game's multiplayer functionality isn't working is because it uses gamecenter’s multiplayer interface rather than its own independent version (like wordfoo).

To fix the problem

  1. go settings>general>restrictions
  2. Enable restrictions and choose a password you'll remember in 45 seconds
  3. Scroll to the bottom where you see the section labeled "Game Center"
  4. Now flip the switch on both Multiplayer Games and Adding Friends so both switches are green.
  5. Scroll back to the top and disable restrictions

That right there should fix the problem friends, did for me at least. Cheers!
