Q: Adding an Email Account

I have been trying to exchange my email because the other on shut down. I noticed that im not able to get into ICloud or some mail settings.

I have also noticed some other icons in my settings are inaccesable. they show kind of transparent, like i cant click on them.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

    Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears?

     

    To add an email account go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calender and tap on Add an account.

    I tried that and nothing happened when my phone came back on.

    I also tried adding an email and it wouldn't let me press the button.

     

    My mom helped me fix it last night though, my phone had set restrictions on itself so I wasn't able to access a lot of my data. It's all good now :)
