i have a new Apple tv. The apple box is connected to the TV with the Apple HDMI cable but nothing happens when I try to connect the remote and Apple box, nothing comes up on my TV screen.

Have you selected the correct input from your TV remote control, if so..
You may wish to try the following:
Press and hold the menu and the up button simultaneously on the remote for six seconds, the Apple TV should then begin to cycle through the various resolutions available to it at 20 second intervals.. If you see a picture appear up on your screen, use the remote to scroll down to the OK option and select it.
i can't active the Apple TV menu. Nothing happens when I try to set up the Apple box?
