Q: Cellular data

I keep turning of cellular data for specific apps but it keeps turning back on on its own. Why?? How can I save my settings to keep them off

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

    Do NOT follow the instructions linked to by this idiot. If you do, you will void any warranty or Apple Care agreement you have and you will forfeit all rights to support from Apple and on these forums.
