Q: My phone has been restarting itself a lot lately. When i am on an app or doing something on the phone it just automatically shut off and restart again. Do i go to the apple store and have them check it out or what? what can i do?!

And the battery life on my iphone 5s is decreasing lately as well, I have my phone for no more than 3 months and already experiencing problems. Thanks

Try the basic troubleshooting steps:

Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data

Restore from backup
Restore as new
