I bought an iPhone 5 from Dubai and currently I am living in Egypt and don't know how can I repair it as it's in the warranty. I sent it to an Apple store here and they told me that the phone can be replaced by a new one but I have to pay for it while the iPhone is still in warranty. I am thinking of sending it to New York but I am afraid they will not recieve it.
Can someone help please.

You bought it in Dubai, you live in Egypt, and you are considering sending the phone to America? Why?
The problem is simple: The warranty only applies in the country in which it is purchased. Apple will not accept phones, or send phones back to a different country.
If you have a friend in Dubai, they could perhaps get it replaced for you.
If the phone requires repair because of user damage, then you will have to pay for a replacement wherever you manage to do it.
