Why has iTunes as an app lost integrity and reliability?

What a complete mess, lack of support and waste of money iTunes/ICloud/iMatch are! Wrong artwork, tracks missing, wrong artists attributed to wrong tracks. Apple have completely let everyone down. I'm considering looking for a better media and music package,
