i put my number in for apple to call me back, and it tells me i have wrong number! ive included number both with and without country code...As apple willl not e mail to my rescue mail and my account is locked, i feel pretty helpless!
You have the correct country selected for where you and your iTunes account are based ? There is validation that the phone number is valid for the country - try using the link for your country on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
Only the Russian version of the site will accept a Russian phone number. You can try contacting support via this link and explain that you've forgotten your answers, don't have access to your rescue email account, and don't speak the langauge where you live and see what they reply with : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
i am English but live in russia. The russian site is naturally, alll in Russian and the phones are not manned always by English speakers, so the Russian site is no help to me. However, I would like support that everyone else benefits from, only in a language i can understand!
