Dec 28, 2013 8:05 AM in response to mohsen.rohaniby Alfred DeRose,Yes, by following the instructions in the support article you linked here from. But the iPad expects the photos to be in a particular place and named appropriately so they appear to be coming from a camera.
Be sure the photos are all placed in a folder called DCIM and that they all have exactly 8-character names plus the .jpg extension.
Example:
12345678.jpg or abcdefgh.jpg

I'll also warn you that it may take trail and error to find a flash drive that works. I once had 14 of them to play with, varying sizes and brands, and had a 50/50 success rate with no single manufacturer or size always working.
There are a few flash drives out there, like the Kingston WiDrive that support to and from writing, but your farden variety off the rack flash drive is very limited.
