Itunes refund problems
I purchased Monopoly for Ipad, instead of a free monopoly hotels game, i reported this to itunes, and i havr recieved an email confirming a refund, yet I have not recieved the money, I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else, or anyone can help me? i have not registered any credit/debit card with my account at any time and was using money from a £25 itunes gift card.
