I'd like to view and if possible capture live analog composit video onto my macbook pro screen.
Instead of using an expensive TV capturing card: Would it be possible to use a ''mini displayport to VGA adaptor'' and a ''VGA to Composite'' cable. I already own a Mini displayport to VGA adaptor.
I've seen people using the mini display/thunderbold port to view an macbook's display onto that of an imac. Would I be able to use the same trick to view my analog composit video?
