If you mean the passcode to unlock the iPad then go into Settings > General > Passcode Lock > Change Passcode.

You can change the passcode to unlock your iPhone via the same way i.e. go into Settings > General > Passcode Lock > Change Passcode

You can change the password for your Mac via System Preferences > Users & Groups
