Q: new iphone 5s. new apple id. new password.  mega songs in cloud under old apple id.  Cant access with new phone

new to icloud. have mega songs under old apple id cant access them with new iphone with new apple id. when i try to turn on the itunes match in setting it says i have no account. i understand that the id is different. how can i correct this ?
