Q: when I'm trying to delete an app
when i try to delete a message on e mail with the red orage and yellow ball. i go to the red ball and everytime a square box comes up with icon and text the icon then text in the box and i wont dissapear how do i get rid of it

Would you post a screen shot of a message so people can see what you are seeing? Make sure you cover any personal information using Preview. Post the screen shot in a Reply using the camera icon. Copy and paste doesn't work.
