Q: Dell computer will not connect to iTunes store, Dell computer will not connect to iTunes store?

My son's Alienware dell pc will not connect to the internet using his iTunes. Songs are playable, but trying to connect used iPhone will not work because of issue. Any ideas?

What version of Windows does your son have on his Dell computer? The links below will show how to install the latest version of the iTunes Software, and what to do if you are unable to connect to the iTunes Store. Make sure your computer is working with the iTunes Store before connecting your iPhone to it.
