My photos are in the cloud. I want access to the ones from my iPhone on my ipad. They are all on my new Apple TV, but not the iPad. What gives? I've turned it on in cloud settings, in photo settings, I've googled information, all to no avail. I mean, what's the deal? Isn't it assumed that I want my photos readily available at all times from all of my devices?
