Q: iphone 5s doesn't have cellular data network to changed apn settings

    Was the iPhone purchased as unlocked or as carrier locked?

     

    If the iPhone doesn't have the option to change APN settings, that usually means the iPhone is carrier locked with a carrier that does not require or support changing the APN settings.

     

    My personal iPhone carrier locked with AT&T does not include the option, but my business iPhone carrier locked with T-Mobile does include the option.
