Q: ipad4 is disabled due 2 unknown passcode and itunes will download software but wont install. saying error -39 cant communicate with ipad. im so frustrated

i have been trying forever 2 restore my ipad in itunes as its disabled due 2 unknown passcode. but when it goes 2 download software it says it cant communicate with ipad. please help
