I had to get a new phone because my old phone was broken my last update was the 15th of december but when i logged into itunes with my new phone none of my pictures came onto my new phone? help

When you restore from back up, the process will restore the OS and some initial data, it will then restart and allow you to use your device while the remaining data is downloaded and restored in the background. have you allowed enough time for this to complete.
