Q: Why is it not letting me download songs?

I got a new iPod 5g for Christmas. It saved my music, but it will not let me download anymore songs even thought I have $20.57 on my iTunes card. When I try to download a song it will tell me that I have to answer some security question so I do and then it will tell me that they are wrong. And they are right. I don't know what to do
