How do you unlock your phone if you forgot your passcode?

I recently restored my iPhone 5s on my computer with iTunes.

After that I had to make a new passcode so I put any number, yes, I was quite a dumbo.. I was suppose to put my normal pin in but I put in a different one now I forgot what it is. I tried calling the Apple landline number but they don't work on Sundays. What a shame. After I restored my phone and stuff i couldn't log onto the internet.. So I don't know how to reset my phone without iTunes. Is there any other way without the internet I could reset my phone?
