I dropped my iPhone in the Toilet

I dropped my iPhone 4S in the toilet. It wasnt in there for long and I immedietly put it into a bowl of rice. Now it is working perfectly fine, except for one thing... I cant get it to turn off. Everytime i turn it off it restarts and goes back on. I read that you can clean the charging port with a clean and dry tooth brush and that should fix it. So after brushing the charging port with the tooth brush I turned it off, and then after about 5 minuets it turned back on. Now its sitting in a rice bowl, and I'm just waiting. What should i do next?

Get your wallet or purse out.

Apple offers an out of warranty or not covered under the warranty repair price that pays for an exchange at a significantly reduced price off the full retail sales price.

Yep. It's fried. Cleaning the port with a toothbrush is to remove dirt and other contaminants shorting the contacts. You've used a whole toilet bowl of water (and contents?) to achieve this....
