Q: is anyone else having troble with the right side of screen not responding?

is anyone else having troble with iphone 4s srceen on far right not responing if so what can i do to resolve this

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

    Yes. iPhone 5c. Ios7.0.4 Only notice the problem when going to the contact list and trying to hit the letter off to the right to jump to that letter. I noticed if you hit it about 1/4" to the left it will work. If I bounce out of contacts and back in it resets it and works again in the proper position. Would appreciate a response with assistance from anyone to resolve the issue.
