I have had Apple TV for a couple of years now and have been controlling it with my Harmony remote without a problem. The last couple of days I have Ben having problems. I can switch easy to the Apple TV and can see all of the icons, but none of the icons will respond nor can I move from one icon to another. I can see the light flash on the Apple TV so I know that the remote is paired.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Power cycle the ATV.

I did unplug the ATV and waited for 30 seconds and then plugged it back in, but it did not work. When I click on the remote I can see the light on the ATV respond, but the the icons on the screen do not respond.
Does it respond when using the Apple supplied remote?
Nope.......doesn't respond to either remote, but the white light blinks when a button is pressed on either remote so I know they're both paired up ok. It's like the screen is frozen.
Restore the ATV via iTunes on the computer.
