You can see what your iCloud storage is used for and delete any unwanted content at settings > iCloud > Backup & Storage > Manage...... on your iOS device. Or System Preferences > iCloud > Manage...... on a Mac.
You have 3 options......
1. Purchase more iCloud storage.
2. Delete data or back ups that are being stored in iCloud already.
3. Turn off items to be included in the next back up to reduce its size.

Dec 28, 2013 7:30 PM in response to Winston Churchillby Eliana15,I have done all that. I only have apps like facebook, camera, pandora, and hardly anything else. my phone keeps telling me I have no space. The msg is really annoying. I dont want to add storage. I noticed that on my phone when i sync it it has a lot of documents and data on it. I have no idea what the documents i have on my phone came from. Are they important or can i delete them too.
