How can I upgrade software on ipod touch for below issue?
The app "Kakao Talk" was not installed on the iPod "iPod touch" because it requires a newer version of iPod software.

Depends on which generation of iPod you have ?Some can't be upgraded
To check , go to settings ,General ,update software
