I accidently chose the wrong back up for my new phone. How can I get the correct one on my phone?

If it's an iCloud backup, go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, then go back through the setup screens again and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup and follow the prompts, choosing the correct backup this time.

This morning when I woke up. I had over 2000 contacts from all the phone I ever had. ????? Duplicates and people I don't even know now hahaha. Helppppp me also I lost all my notes. I'm hurting.
