Iphone 4s Home Button is broken?

My Iphone 4s is in perfect condition. My 2 years is arriving in Janurary and I've never hada problem with any other of my apple products. For some reason my iphone has my in a tough spot. The wifi button wont slide ON in my settings. I've been stuck using my data. Also, just by touching certain surface of my phone it triggers my volume to adjest itself. Lastly and most recently, today my home button stopped working on me. I've tried all the advice i can find and it still wont work. I have to power off my phone and turn it back on to return to my home screen. I dont have apple care and my one year warranty is up so i need advice - Whats my next move?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7, perfect condition - never dropped.

Hi RoseD32,

As a temporary fix you could activate AssistiveTouch on your iPhone so you can at least use the virtual home button.

Go to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5587 to activate AssistiveTouch on your iPhone.

For your Wi-Fi issues, try and go to http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1559 and follow the troubleshooting steps to see if the issue can be resolved.

Because the home button is pressed a fair amount per day times the two years of life, thats a lot of pressing!

Your next move is to visit an Apple Store Genius Bar or an Authorized service centre.
