No "none" option in itunes to create a free account

I am trying to create a new apple ID for my iPod, and there is no "none" or even "PayPal" options in my iTunes. There was yesterday, setting up my daughters, but not today.
So how do I create a free account without that option? 😟

Edit: Never mind. Not sure what I did differently on the 9th try, but it showed up with a none option. Thanks anyways 🙂
