    Connect it to the computer it normally syncs with and restore from backup.

     

    If the device has never been synced with a computer or the computer it normally syncs with is not available, connect to any computer running iTunes and restore as new.

     

    If the device is running iOS7 and Find My iPhone is enabled, that must be disabled via iCloud.com first.

    my iphone couldin't be restore it take 13 hours for sestore end then it couldin't stay conect to my computer

    before i click update i see it will be update automaticaly on 1/3/2014

    It says no such thing.  Take a second look.

     

    What is really says is that it will check for updates again on that date.
