I tried to change iCloud account on iPhone 4S, asked me for Apple ID password and I then asked for Apple ID pass to turn off find my phone app, but doesn't accept password! I used valid pass but keep asking me Apple ID password ! I used same password to sign in here! If anyone can help me that would be great. Tnx

I think it is asking for your mother's Apple ID and password, right? If yes, then you would have to ask your mother for her password in order to delete her iCloud account from the device and deactivate "Find My iPhone".
I have my mothers password I change it by Apple ID support by email and I use that but doesn't work!
Could it be that she changed her Apple ID email address and forgot to sign out of iCloud before she did?
