tring to change my id and email address, i have 2 itunes accounts, an old one which i wish to use, but use my new email address and id however this was attached to the new one. i have been told to up the new account with a different email address an id.. which i have done... but now when i go and try and update the old one it telling me still that the email address which i want to use is still in use.
If the email address that you are trying to use is currently on an iTunes account then you won't be able to put it on another iTunes account - you will need to remove it from the account that it is currently on (e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, or via http://appleid.apple.com) and you can then try putting it on the other account.
If you don't have another emai account to put where it's currently being used then you can create one via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com
