Ghost notes on midi

Hi

I seem to get ghost notes on a piano...after tuning the software instrument down slightly to match the tuning an audio file imported

Into logic...

Let me start from the beginning...

Ok I go to file/project setting or something like that and tune down the piano slightly to maybe 437.00 instead of the usual 440

And while putting down the piano track all is fine...

But on playback there are off notes playing which I cannot see ..." Ghost notes"making the whole thing out of tune ...

Anyone come across this???

This seems to only happen with the piano although I can't be sure...

Can you see doubled MIDI events in the Event editor? If there are, you can delete them using the Delete Duplicates command.

But no go

Could not see anything in the event editor

And still tried the delete duplicates you suggested but the ghost notes are still present....

Anything else available?

Ah, I just read your first post again, and you might be suffering from the curious midi corruption bug that I've encountered twice in LP X. Nobody knows what causes it, but luckily there are at least two ways to repair it if it happens.

Thanks for thIs info...

But after the new update for Logic Pro x

I found that it now showed the intrusive notes in the midi editor and I deleted them....

Hope this was relevant .....to the problem....
