Using Cricket iPhone 5S Overseas

Hi there. Recently, I purchased an Iphone 5s from the US to use overseas. The iPhone is Cricket, and in the past I have bought Iphone 5 from Cricket and it was factory unlocked through Cricket without needing to do anything to them at all. SIM unlocked for international use - that is their OFFICIAL policy.

I read online that the Iphone 5S were all unlocked for International use by default.. So my question is, Can I use the iPhone 5S overseas?

Thanks.

Talk to Cricket.

I have no idea where you read that, or whether it's supposed to apply to all iPhones or all Cricket iPhones. If it's supposed to apply to all iPhones, then it's demonstrably false. Only Cricket can answer whether or not it applies to their phones. Again, talk to Cricket.

First, thanks for your help.

What I meant is that my older "Locked to Cricket" iPhone 5 was working for me when I was outside the US using my local carrier. I just want to know if cricket didn't change their policy from iPhone 5 to iPhone 5S.

Anyway I guess I'll have to talk with Cricket. Unfortunately, I couldn't contact them

Does anyone know whether there is any Cricket's email?

It's hard to catch them on the phone as long as you are not their customer.

Thanks
