Issue concerning itunes voucher bought in Germany

Ladies and Gents,

I recently bought 50euro worth of voucher for my Sister christmas present. However, it doesn't work in Switzerland as I have discovered.

Would it be possible to upload the money in Germany on to her account seeing as I live in Germany and this would allow her to use the voucher as I have absolutely no use of it having no Apple products.

No, all iTunes gift cards and gifts are country-specific - so a German iTunes gift card can only be used in Germany on a German iTunes account, and you can only gift to fellow German iTunes account holders (and you can only gift via a credit card, so if you do redeem it onto your account you can't then use that balance for gifting).
