I have an iPhone 5. I usually use Bluetooth in my 2012 Toyota FJ. Now, I am unable to receive or make calls using Bluetooth. I can receive calls through Bluetooth but when I answer I am unable to hear anything. I can stream music and use FaceTime.

I am unable to use Bluetooth to receive or make phone calls. I am unable to stream music and FaceTime. I have reset and erased my phone. I have unpaired and paired the device. I need help, please.
